Engineering of the piece
Our technical department is equipped with software that allow us to verify that the piece does not present critical issues, which can complicate or prevent the extraction of the piece. In particular, it is necessary to avoid “undercuts” and study draft angles, in addition to evaluating other variables such as cooling times.
Filling studies and molding simulations
We have software that allows you to virtually simulate the molding process and verify the functionality of the mold even before its actual realization, ensuring an efficient filling process and eliminating any critical issues.
Mould testing
All our equipment is subjected to testing of the thermoregulation and cooling circuits, in order to verify that there are no leaks.
Sampling of the article
The historic collaboration with other companies operating in the thriving local industry allows us to offer our customers, upon request, the service of first sampling of the article. This, in addition to allowing us to check the efficiency of the mold, allows us to optimize sampling times, especially for international customers or for those who turn to us also to identify a foundry in which to produce the pieces.
Heat and surface treatments
We carry out the most appropriate heat and surface treatment according to the customer’s needs, with the aim of giving the metals certain properties and specific variables depending on their final use. We are able to offer different types of surface coatings, according to the needs.
Stamp or laser marking
In collaboration with selected suppliers, who have highly specialized machinery, we carry out laser engravings and markings, able to perfectly meet every need.
Dimensional reliefs on the castings
We are able to perform CMM dimensional reports on the castings produced during sampling. We draw up a 3D scanner report of the casting compared with the 3D model and prepare the 2D dimensional report with all the dimensions indicated in the customer’s drawing.
Maintenance 2.0
We assist the customer through constant scheduled maintenance operations, especially necessary for molds to other production, for the replacement or mechanical recovery of parts subject to wear. We are structured to give quick feedback, so that the customer’s production lines do not stop and do not generate economic damage to the client.
After-sales service
Our goal is to support customers during all stages of production, for this reason our technicians are able to provide a high quality after-sales service and to respond flexibly to customer requests, guaranteeing complete solutions and timely for every need.
We also perform post-production changes.
