In accordance with EU Regulation 679/2016, known as the “General Data Protection Regulation” (“Regulation EU/679/2016”), G.F. di Gnali Francesco & C. s.n.c. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), as the Data Controller, is required to provide you with information regarding the use of your personal data. This notice also refers to processing carried out by entities that perform technical and organizational tasks on behalf of the Company, as described in paragraph 2.

The Data Controller processes personal and identifying data (name, surname, phone number, email), hereinafter referred to as “personal data” or “data,” which you provide through the form available on the website.

Personal data are processed in full compliance with the principles of fairness and lawfulness and legal provisions to respond to the request of the data subject and for related and instrumental activities.

Providing personal data necessary for these purposes is not mandatory; however, refusal to provide them may result in the Company’s inability to respond to the data subject, and their processing requires your consent.

In relation to the described purposes, personal data processing occurs through manual processing or electronic or automated tools, according to logics strictly related to those purposes and in a manner that ensures confidentiality and security of personal data (particularly concerning remote communication techniques).

The Company and other entities that perform tasks described in paragraph 2 on behalf of or for the Company process your personal data relating to:

• Name and Surname;
• Phone number;
• Email address.

Beyond those authorized who operate under direct control of the writer, such as administrative and operational staff, data may be communicated to third parties authorized to process such data as they are tasked with providing specific services functional to executing the relationship referred to in point 2, such as:

• Entities performing technical or organizational tasks on behalf of the Company as indicated in paragraph 2.

The recipients of communications described in this notice act as data processors. Their constantly updated list is available at the Company and can be consulted using the methods indicated in paragraph 7 below.

Data will be retained for the time strictly necessary for the aforementioned purposes and according to legal terms, but in any case for two years from initial contact unless during this period a right of opposition is exercised by the data subject, except for any establishment of contractual relationships with the controller.

Regarding processing for sending commercial communications and promotional messages about services offered by the Controller and for sending informational messages related to its activities, data will be retained until the data subject exercises their right of opposition through periodically provided methods.

Opposition to processing can be made by the Data Subject independently for either method of sending.

We inform you that legislation regarding personal data protection grants Data Subjects specific rights. In particular, each Data Subject has:

1. The right of access explicitly provided by Article 15 of Regulation 679/2016, i.e., the ability to access all personal information concerning them;
2. The right of rectification explicitly provided by Article 16 of Regulation 679/2016, i.e., the ability to obtain updates on inaccurate personal data concerning them without unjustified delay;
3. The right to erasure explicitly provided by Article 17 of Regulation 679/2016, consisting of the right to have personal data concerning them deleted;
4. The right to restriction of processing when one of the cases provided by Article 18 of Regulation 679/2016 applies;
5. The right to data portability explicitly provided by Article 20 of Regulation 679/2016, i.e., the right to obtain their data in an interoperable format and/or have their personal data transmitted to another controller without hindrance from this Company;
6. The right to withdraw consent at any time explicitly provided by Article 7 of Regulation 679/2016;
7. The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in case of violation regarding data processing pursuant to Article 77 of Regulation 679/2016;
8. The right to seek judicial remedy in case of unlawful processing of data, including against acts taken by the supervisory authority pursuant to Article 78 of Regulation 679/2016;
9. The right to object at any time against processing for sending commercial communications and advertising material or direct sales by sending an email addressed info@gfgnalistampi.it.

This form requests a series of personal details necessary for providing requested information such as requests for quotes, inquiries about services offered, or subscriptions to services like newsletters. Completing this contact form is essential for providing such services; otherwise, it will not be possible to contact users with requested information.
